Our Chefs Kenny and William are classically trained Chefs and unlike other Bistros, most of their dishes are freshly made in house. Kenny and Will refuse to cut corners and buy in pre-made menu items. Instead, Kenny and Will prepare Norma’s menu by carefully crafting dishes made from their own special recipes using only the freshest of ingredients.
